16’ x 14’ Sunroom Addition
This beautiful 16’ x 14’ sunroom addition, (inspired by the photo, left) was designed by Paul Samulak of ARK Architects, PLC., right here in Chelsea, Michigan. The project features upgraded electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems throughout the existing kitchen, and into the new sunroom addition. Spray-foam and traditional batt insulation will control the climate and keep the structure comfortable all year long.
Skylights in the roof and the large and spacious windows surrounding the structure provide full and wonderous sunlight and views of the homeowner’s property throughout the year. The south east corner of the sunroom boasts a new gas fireplace feature with 3” tongue and groove natural lumber adorning the vaulted ceiling.
